I've not put much up here yet so I thought I'd put an update up, currently I'm having a bit of a season of flashbacks and I'm trying to get myself to accept my scars which is hard to do as they are reminders of the cause of the scars. I've increased my meds to try and take the edge off the flashbacks and it's keeping me functional but my short term memory is even more shot than usual which is making work a challenge, should only last another week at the most then I'll drop to regular dose.
